In-Home Supported Living
We offer the option for participants to live in their own home, or a designated home, on a long-term basis while they are provided with appropriate support from NeuroPraxis following a designed rehabilitation program to help and support participants become productive and fulfilled members in their home and community.
Qualifying Criteria
Brain Injury
- TBI, MTBI, Post Concussive Syndrome, Vestibular Dysfunction
- Acquired Brain Injuries such as Stroke, Brain Tumors, Anoxia, Meningitis, Encephalitis, and Dual Diagnosis with Brain Injury
- Medically Stable / Non-Medical Needs
- Non-Combative / Non-Aggressive Behavior
- 18 Years Or Older
- Rancho Level VII (Automatic - Appropriate)
Spinal Cord Injury
- Non-medical
- 13 years and older
