Charlene Antonacci

Charlene has worked and volunteered in the health care industry for over 20 years. With an undergraduate degree in public administration and a master’s in occupational therapy, her diverse background includes program development, supervision, care coordination, utilization management and providing quality care to clients who have been affected by illness, injury or a disability.  Charlene’s expertise is working with clients, family members and caregivers in their homes and in the community to regain independence with a holistic focus on self-care, daily activities and community reintegration while also addressing cognitive and behavioral challenges.
