Brain Injury

1. It is necessary to have a diagnosis of traumatic brain injury or acquired brain injury.1. A diagnosis of: A. Traumatic Brain Injury, MTBI, Post Concussive Syndrome, Vestibular Dysfunction.  B. Acquired Brain Injury such as Stroke, Brain Tumors,  Anoxia, Meningitis, Encephalitis, Dual Diagnosis with Brain Injury.

2. Medically Stable/Non-Medical Needs.

3. Non-Combative/Non-Aggressive Behavior.

4. 18 Years or Older.

5. Rancho Level IV (Confused, Agitated).

Spinal Cord Injury 

1. Non-Medical

No, Home and Community Rehabilitation is a functional approach to improve overall independence in the home and community versus Home Health which is managing the participant’s health in the home. 

Home and Community Rehabilitation often includes cognitive, speech, occupational, physical, recreational therapy, life-skills navigation and case management.

NeuroPraxis accepts Workers Compensation and private insurances with pre-qualifications. We are not currently a Medicare provider. 

NeuroPraxis provides services throughout the California area.
