Patrick has an extensive background in social services, including the fields of brain injury, mental health, seniors, employment counseling, vocational training and housing support. Additionally, Patrick is experienced in group facilitation, wellness promotion, benefits management and care coordination.
During his 19 years in the field, Patrick has adjusted his approach for each person he has worked with to best meet their individual needs and assist them in achieving their personal goals.
He is well-versed in navigating complex health care and social service systems, finding the best solutions and services for those being served.
Patrick views developing strong relationships with family members, providers and community stakeholders as vital components of recovery.
He has successfully applied for and managed federal grant funding and has consistently met and exceeded expected metrics for funding sources. Patrick has an MA in Counseling and Psychology from Saint Mary’s University of Minnesota.
