Natalie Welch is an occupational therapist and social worker with a diverse background and over 19 years of combined experience in geriatrics, home health, outpatient rehab, case management and utilization management. She also holds certifications in Parkinson’s LSVT BIG and Lymphedema.
She holds a Master of Science in Occupational Therapy from Barry University and a Master’s in Social Work from the University of Central Florida, which allows her to combine her clinical skills and case management skills to promote patient advocacy.
She demonstrates exceptional skills in navigating complex healthcare and social service systems, consistently identifying the most effective solutions and resources for clients. She understands that building strong relationships with patients and family members and service providers is important to the success of improving client outcomes.
